  I stopped by when visiting my cousins. We were seated right away, our woman who seated us seemed very nice, but the rest of the meal was absolutely horrendous. We had two different people come to take our order both of whom were very rude, the food took over an hour to arrive despite the place being almost entirely empty, and when it did come it was very greasy and while I don't expect the most quality food from Friendly's, it was definitely not the quality of food you'd get from other locations. Rest assured I won't be coming back.

  Dirty restaurant and rude staff. Got seated right away but thats where it ends. 15min and no waiter. The whole time a waiter was serving 2 tables near us and assured us someone was coming. Still no waiter for us so i called the resteraunt to speak with the manager who said we were seated in a closed section and he "was"going to let us know. Was? How long did u know about this? 5 more min and still noone so we left. If this is the service before we order i can only imagine how terrible the rest of the experience would have been. Never have i ever recieved such poor service at a friendlys. AVOID THIS LOCATIIN AT ALL COSTS!

  We were seated quite promptly although with no greeting at all. The host just grabbed 2 menus walked to a table with them and left. The restaurant is not busy at all but no one came to the table to take drink order or greet us for 15 minutes. Finally my daughter and I decided to leave as this has happened at this location to us many times and I can't take it anymore. I decided to sit in the booth and write a review before leaving since it's not busy and I am not taking a seat from someone else. As I was writing this one of the girls who works in the ice cream section (Bella) came over and offered to take our order. When I told her we were leaving she said she was not a server but would take care of us personally if we wanted to order. She said they only had ONE server for the entire restaurant!!!! I decided to stay and she delivered our ice cream and water in less than 10 minutes!!! Bella saved the day today! Thank you!
